Ambientato a New York nel 1977, centinaia di nazisti vivono sotto copertura e complottano per creare il Quarto Reich negli Stati Uniti. Un gruppo di cacciatori, guidati da Meyer Offerman (Al Pacino), tortureranno, puniranno, e uccideranno tutti i nazisti sul loro cammino. Tuttavia, i cacciatori devono lavorare rapidamente per sconfiggere i nazisti e contrastare i loro piani di genocidio.
